41-19 is a very rapid setting D2 wood adhesive, manufactured to our own formulation, which under test conditions achieved a bond of 1Nm² in 5 minutes (cannot be separated by hand). The adhesive conforms to BS4071 Creep Resistance and D2 of EN204. The adhesive has a relatively high water resistance when compared to other D2 adhesives as it was only 6 hours short of passing the D3 test. The adhesive is suitable for most woodworking and wood composite applications and is ideal for kitchen and bedroom unit manufacturing where the speed of bond enables rapid fitting, and is ideal for speeding up woodworking and laminating manufacturing processes.
 
Application
The surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from dust. The adhesive should be applied to one surface, the bond made and clamped or pressed. Care should be taken until the bond has fully cured, the time of which depends on the amount of adhesive applied. We also have 2 lower viscosity versions of this adhesive which have been developed for automatic dowelling machines. 
 
Equipment should be washed in cold or warm water before the adhesive or paste sets. The adhesive in the container needs to be kept in a cool dark cupboard away from frost.
