Delivery and Returns

UK Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the UK. Our shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the package. 

All packages are shipped 2nd Class Signed for, within 48hrs. Larger packages will be shipped with a courier.

We work hard to ensure you always receive your delivery in a timely manner, however, some delays are outside of our control and we would ask that you allow up to a maximum of 21 working days for your order to get to you. 

 

The postage charge is applied automatically, and is as follows:

  • 0 - 2KG: £4.45

  • 2 - 10KG: £7.50

  • 10KG+: £14

Returns and Exchanges

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns require approval from Angelic Crystals prior to being made. Please ensure you have contacted us before making any return. We reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is made outside of the 30-day period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are considered and are not guaranteed:

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item where it is possible and available, send us an email at sales@aldcroftadhesives.com . Upon approval from us, we will provide you with a returns address, as we have recently moved premises.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for you returning a product and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are outside of the UK, refunds are applied at the then currency exchange rate, not the rate at the time of purchase.
