Description:
TECBOND 248/12 is an acrylic-based, clear, hot melt adhesive formulated to give exceptionally good adhesion to many surfaces which would normally be difficult to bond. It bonds Metals, Concrete, Ceramics, Wood, Leather, Fabrics, Rubber and Melamine. Goods bonds are also achieved on many plastics including PVC, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyester, Polystyrene and Acrylics. It has a Medium viscosity, long open time and good molten tack. 248 has been carefully formulated to give an excellent delivery rate through all TEC 12mm glue guns. This is important as a good tool output enables sufficient adhesive to be applied and bond to be made very quickly which maximises the bond strength.
